AMHERST,
NH, USA - December, 2002 - ControlAir, Inc. is pleased
to announce it has acquired the Dahl
Electronics product line from Purolator Facet, Inc. located
in Bristol, Rhode Island. Formerly known as the G.W. Dahl
Co., Inc., the products included in the purchase are P/I Transmitters
(pressure to current), I/P Converters (current to pressure),
Snap-acting Pneumatic Relay誷 and Liquid Level Indication
Systems.
Manufacture
of the product line has been transferred to ControlAir誷 headquarters
in Amherst, New Hampshire. ControlAir will sell the offering
under the Dahl Products Group heading.
ControlAir's
markets include process control, semiconductor, printing and
converting presses, diagnostic and surgical medical equipment,
robotics, quality control, automotive, analyzers, compressors,
